Smoothies

Help Me Ronda

  • 1 scoop of StabilGut
  • 1 small crisp apple
  • 1 banana
  • 2 dates
  • 6 oz of almond or oat milk
  • 2 teaspoons ceylon cinnamon
  • blend with ice 

Strawberry Mary

  • 1 scoop of StabilGut
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen
  •  1/2 cup milk (non-dairy milk such as almond or oat milk)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt or kefir (substitute dairy-free yogurt if desired)

Optional variations/additions:  add up to 1 tablespoon of honey for added sweetness, or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.  Add up to 2 tablespoons of peanut or almond butter. Combined with the strawberries, it tastes like a PB&J smoothie.

Iced Coffee

  • 6 oz of coffee or shot of espresso
  • 3/4 tablespoon StabilGut
  • 2 tablespoons Italian sweet cream (non-dairy milk such as almond or oat milk)
  • Stir or shake and pour over ice 

Laura's Legendary Muffins and Pancakes

You can simply add StabilGut or replace existing flours (wheat, soy) with a healthy alternative like StabilGut that is clean label.  These muffins and pancakes are gluten free and non-gmo.

Blueberry muffins

  • 1 1/2 cup gluten-free flour (like Bob's Red Mill)
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 cup StabilGut 
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Bake at 350 in lined/greased muffin pan for 20 min. Makes 12 muffins

Peanut butter chocolate chip pancakes

  • 4 tablespoons of PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup StabilGut
  • 1/4 cup Gluten free flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of milk of choice (more if mixture is too thick)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
  • Chocolate chips

Mix dry ingredients. Add milk and oil to combine. Pour about 1/4 cup mixture onto heated and buttered skillet, adding chocolate chips on top, flip to cook other side. Makes about 3 large pancakes
