A powerful duo for gut health
Rice bran and navy beans are packed with intrinsic prebiotic fibers, essential nutrients, a complete amino acid profile, and bioactive compounds. This synergistic combination supports overall gut health, promotes digestive wellness, and maintains metabolic balance.
Why rice bran? Rice bran is derived from the outer layer of whole grain brown rice. This bran layer is rich in dietary fiber, antioxidants and phytosterols such as gamma-oryzanol. As a result of its unique composition, rice bran has been shown to modulate the gut microbiota and activate anti-inflammatory pathways.
Why navy beans? Navy beans are nutrient-dense and rich in protein, soluble fiber, and essential micronutrients. Their high fiber content supports bowel regularity, while also serving as a prebiotic that promotes the growth of beneficial gut microbes. Additionally, the protein and micronutrients found in navy beans contribute to cellular function, immune health, and overall metabolic balance.
Taken together, StabilGut offers a proprietary blend of bioactive compounds, dietary fiber, and essential nutrients that naturally support digestive health.

Rice bran + Navy bean clinical trials
Rice bran and navy bean promote gut health and overall wellness (1,2)
Study design: Researchers conducted a 12-week blinded, randomized controlled trial to test the effects of daily rice bran and navy bean blend.
- Intervention group: Consumed 60g/day of rice bran+navy bean blend
- Control group: Consumed 10g/day of Fibersol-2®
- Participants: Adults ages 50-70 who recently had polyps removed and at a higher risk of colon cancer
Key findings:
- 73% increase in daily fiber intake
- Improved gut health markers seen in stool, blood, and urine
- Beneficial changes in amino acids such as S-methylcysteine, and N-methylleucine which are related to gut and immune health
- Increased protective bile acids associated with improved colon health
- No adverse effects were reported and participants found the blend easy to include in their daily diet
